In a City where millions flock to pursue their dreams, it appears that many become disillusioned, isolated and disconnected.

In the Arts, where thousands struggle to maintain an existence whilst searching for success, one can only become desperate and self absorbed.

A.R.C. Foundation wants to create the opportunity to remind humankind of their potential, purpose and passion – a restoration and strengthening of the human connection, a celebration of the Unsung Hero.
